No Refunds Policy

Once a customer logs into their account, no refunds will be issued for any subscription fees paid. You are solely responsible for conducting your independent technical due diligence before subscribing.

All rights, titles, and interests in AppNex, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and software, are owned exclusively by AppNex or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without explicit written permission.

Termination

AppNex reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

Non-payment of subscription fees.
